Canceling account
Good afternoon my name is Jon Allmon. I am writing you guys in regards to my membership I sent text messages over 2 months ago to cancel my account cuz the company I work for pays for it your people sent back an email stating that the account was canceled but yet you took money out of my account last month and this month I finally got to talk to somebody to help me out and they canceled it but I only get one month back that wasn't right you guys should have took care of it to begin with so I wanted you to know

Verified ReviewerI called over 2 months ago to cancel my account they didn't cancel it and they've taken 2 months of membership out of my account and I only get one back not right
I canceled my account two months ago, and I found out today that they were taking money out of my account. So I called, and all they gave me back was one month. It's not right when they advised me they're going to do something, then they don't do it.
